Background Text
The Workbench code is based on John Bryant's PhD dissertation.
The ECGWeb Wiki is also available. Beware: under construction!
The metaphor/mental spaces test grammar can be downloaded from this link. Please note that it is a limited example, and requires a fairly good understanding of ECG and conceptual metaphor theory. The relevant files are situation.grm and metaphor.grm. The other files may differ from the ones in the starter2 grammar, the one downloadable from the link at the bottom of the page, "a more advanced grammar."
Two parts from a new book on ECG: part 1 on Metaphor and Mental Spaces and part 2 on the Workbench.
