Hockey Sequence

[Hockey Title Screen]

The following frame depicts what the picture should look like in the original stream. Note that the picture is actually grabbed from the PET protected stream.

The following frame is from the stream that is not protected by PET.

Demo MPEG Streams

If you have an MPEG player, you can download the streams and play them. The approximate size of each stream is indicated, so that you can estimate the downloading time. Note that the stream with PET protection is smaller than that without PET protection because we had simulated greater losses for that stream. The original stream is obviously bigger than both, due to the simulated losses in each of them.

[WARNING! WARNING!]

Please make sure that you play the error-stream (without PET protection) using the MPEG II player as the Berkeley MPEG player will crash.

[MPEG - original] Original MPEG stream (approx 4.8 Mbytes)
[MPEG - with PET] With PET protection (approx 3.7 Mbytes)
[MPEG - no PET] Without PET protection (approx 4.5 Mbytes)
