The file word_format.RTF contains the format template in RTF format.  To 
recover the text, copy the file to a Macintosh running Word 4.0 (in 
ASCII mode).  When word opens the file, specify that the rich text be 
interpreted.  This file should also work with MS Word 5.0, etc., although this
hasn't been tried yet.

The columns on the last page will have to be balanced by hand.
