Alaskan Tundra in Fall

Sitting for a moment's rest on a slope in Denali, I looked between my
feet and noticed the colorful detail of the various flora of the
tundra in its fall colors. Handily, the close-up filter was already
attached to my lens, and so I overcame inertia and snapped this photo.
