James Choate

James Choate is an experienced IT leader. He has worked in a variety of IT disciplines over the course of his career including software development, enterprise architecture, project management, information security, and system administration. Prior to his retirement in 2021, he was Executive Director of Technology Services and ISC Chief Technology Officer at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Choate is a graduate of West Chester University and the University of Pennsylvania.
