Computational Hearing

July 1 - July 12, 1998
Il Ciocco (Tuscany), Italy

Objective

To integrate recent advances in computational modeling and analysis with more traditional perspectives on hearing. The intent is to foster a more computational approach to studies of auditory function, physiology and anatomy through developing a curriculum melding state-of-the-art computational techniques with the more traditional perspectives, as well as to define emerging fields of inquiry derived from these computational methods.
